Internet

We upgraded our internet and got a new router so hopefully I have better luck with the blog. Tate is funny. His new thing is to call everything idiculous (ridiculous). My new shoes are idiculous!  He didn't have pants on and it was idiculous. His cars bumped their heads and needed ice packs and band aids. I fed Audrey and came back to find that they needed a snack too. 

Party

We went to a birthday party at the zoo today. Tate had a blast. They even had a live animal show with an arctic fox, binturong and a snake. The zoo also has a small playground that the kids enjoyed. After the party we got lunch at the pizza place with arcade and play place. The girls were great the whole day. Ellie went to sleep for the night at 4:30. 

Tate

We have been having issues with Tate. He is super strong willed and wants to control everything, including if he goes to the bathroom. So after a visit to the doctor he is taking a lot of miralax. We quit his daycare today as well to give him more opportunities to go at home. He has to be pretty loose so he can't hold it so I am very nervous about him having an accident at school.

Rough

We are tired. No one has been sleeping well.

Fair

We went to the state fair yesterday. It was hot and windy but all the kids did decent. Tate loved the car ride and calving demo.

Life

Life has taken over and I haven't had time to post. Audrey has found her feet and has started to blow raspberries. Ellie hasn't been talking much. Tate has been loads of fun and even told Brett that he was his best friend!

Parade

We took Tate to the big parade this morning and left the girls with my parents. It was SUPER hot and long and Tate was tired and not feeling great. He had a meltdown when we got drinks at the gas station so we went home. The girls did great!

Crazy

Today was terrible. Audrey cried and cried and would not sleep. Ellie pooped down her leg while she was in the exersaucer and I didn't notice it until she smeared it all over the bottom with her feet. Tate put super glue in his mouth. I had a tube that would not open and he was messing with it and managed to get the back open. He immediately put it in his mouth!  Most of it turned clumpy when it hit his spit but there was some stuck to his lip and teeth.  Brett gave Audrey red Tylenol and suddenly asked for help. I looked at Audrey and she had a pool of red liquid coming out of her mouth. I asked what happened and Brett said that he cut her. I started crying. Not his best joke!!!

Day

Today was a long day. Tate has wanted slippers all summer and they are finally on sale at Walmart so after school today we got McDonald's then went slipper shopping. Brett could even come with us. Tate decided that he was too big to sit in the cart so I thought I would see how he did beside the cart. It was pretty much an epic fail. He had a major tantrum over cookies and then totally lost it again while we were checking out.  I fed Audrey the wrong formula and she was gassy and fussy all day.  Her new favorite thing is to roll from her back to her tummy but she gets mad once she makes it to her tummy. It is frustrating.

Fixed

I think the new septic system is working properly now!  I got a haircut today and I feel GREAT!  It had only been about 6 months since my last one.
