So, it pains me from deep inside my heart to have to switch blogging programs since I can't update this one from my phone anymore. The new one is a work in progress since I have had limited time and energy for this endeavor. Follow along at:

Cry

Today was tough!  Ellie woke up extra early and struggled to take a nap. Tate was very tired and cried  all afternoon. Audrey would not go to sleep. So much crying ALL DAY and I feel sad!  The girls are really starting to use a whole bunch of words.

Day

The girls packed up their pacifiers to "give to baby Tillie" and had a long, hard day. Ellie refused to nap and Audrey refused to go to bed so they each had some tough love. They seemed to really understand what we were doing and didn't want to give up their special pacifiers. Tate professed his love for me this evening. He wants to buy me flowers and marry me. It was so sweet and special!  I am having major issues blogging from my phone so hopefully I can get them resolved soon. Here is an old pic that popped up.

Buddy

We got to have Tate's friend stay with us all day yesterday while his mom was st work. They seemed to have fun even though Tate got tired and crabby. 

Trip

We went to visit Amy and Austin this weekend and we had a great trip. We went to a fun center and The kids really enjoyed the ball pit. It is always neat to watch them really enjoy a hotel room with free breakfast and a pool. Ellie had a rough night and woke up Audrey so they both screamed for an hour together in the bathroom. Ellie wasn't up for swimming either so she enjoyed some Amy snuggles. The kids got pretty restless by the time we made it back in the car but we did it!

Better

I have been sick for an eternity but am finally on the mend. I am on my second round of antibiotics and have started steroids as well for a nasty sinus infection. Tate had a cough and runny nose but his new inhaler seemed to keep the nasty cough from starting with it. Audrey is not sleeping AT ALL. It is terrible and I am not sure what to do next.

We helped grandpa pick pumpkins from his garden. Tate wanted to pick 100 but we settled on 9. 

Happy

It was a rough night and the kids were grouchy today. We found the litter of kittens and there are 7!

Shots

The kids got their flu shots today and did great. This was the first time I took all three for shots by myself so I was nervous. I have been sick and saw the doctor yesterday so I put my flu shot on hold. We found a litter of kittens this afternoon and cleaned up their eyes. We had seen a kitten once in a while but I think there are 6 total. 

Wedding

Brett's cousin Chris got married yesterday. It was a beautiful day and we all had fun. Brett stayed the night and I brought the kids home. 

Tillie

We met Tillie today and she is so sweet. I got some good snuggles from her and the kids all loved her!

Go

We had a lot going on today. The girls and I went to story hour this morning. Audrey was really into her hungry dumpy activity and Ellie shook her head no for everything I tried to get her to do. This afternoon we went to Tate's school for a book fair and then played at the park. Oh and the best thing that happened today was that my niece was born. She was born at 11:55 this morning and remains nameless. She has some chubby cheeks and I can't wait to meet her. 

Party

I went to my college roommate's bachelorette party this weekend and Mike and Joan came to the house to help with the kids. We rode a limo to the KSU game and then tailgated with my friend's camper. It poured and poured. The game actually got cancelled at halftime due to the weather. We had to wait forever for our limo to return and then we hit up a bar and those crazy girls were taking shots with minnows in them. I was so happy to return to my babies!!

Hot

We enjoyed the hot temperatures one last time today as cooler weather is coming tomorrow!

Snake

Tate found a snake by the shed today so I had to go kill it. I would call it medium sized but still way too big for my irrational fear of snakes. I didn't kill it with the first blow from my shovel and it slithered into the shed so I had to bludgeon the thing to death. I was shaking when I got done. I don't know what it is about snakes but they terrify me. 

Spider

We had s giant spider build a web on our sliding door. The girls have enjoyed looking at it. Tonight it was wrapping up bugs as they were getting caught in the web. 

Fun

We visited a friend and her daughter today and went to lunch with them at a fun little place. Tate took the girls for their first ride on the power wheels. Audrey loved it and keeps asking for a ride. Ellie cried!  Audrey wanted to potty after supper so I put them both on the toilet and Ellie did it!!!
