Monsters

We were talking about bedtime while Tate was in the tub. I finally asked him if he was scared of something. He said, " I scared of monsters in the dark."  Poor guy. He proceeded to talk about it for a good 10 minutes. So we looked for monsters in his room but didn't find any. I also uncovered the nightlight that was behind a curtain. If only I would have asked sooner!

We had mass at the church by our house. Tate did not do well and we had to take him out of church. He did not do well at the potluck either so we came home. He slept for 2.5 hours when we got home so no wonder he was crabby!!

Happy

Today was a wonderful day. Tate is so joyful all the time that it is infectious. I feel so content!  Owen is getting big. He smiled and talked to me today.

Shapes

Tate really loves shapes. He likes to find them all over the place. Tonight he said "BOOBIE CIRCLES!" as I was getting my pajamas on.....

Road trip

Visited grandma and grandpa for the day!  We took the pickup. It was a tight squeeze. Tate wanted to hold my hand!

Great

Today was a great day!  Tate did so well at story hour!  I am so proud of him!  He sat still and listened and did the dance with the other kids. We played outside a lot today and even got to try out the new bike and trailer. It was a hit!!  It is tough to pull it up a hill. Tate kept saying "again" whenever I would try to stop so I rode until my legs couldn't take it!  Hooray for some exercise. Brett took it for a spin too.

Happy

Tate was very happy today. 

Well, except when I gave him a haircut he cried. Oh and then I would not let him nap in the new deck box we assembled and he was mad. He was very upset he had to take a nap. I should also add he cried a fair bit when my new bicycle fell over on him while we were assembling it. Finally, he really lost it when he fell over in the laundry basket and bit his bottom lip. 

He really was happy most of the day and we really do supervise him. He was super wound up this evening!
